Consilium? Non habeo, at Ordonem hic quae amici mei activi sunt teneo. Nei intelligo "creaverunt istum imperatorem" - num nemo illem oditorem intellectorum supportat? Cogito vos scientes eratis, ne idiotas.

Be careful what you write here. The U.S. Secret Service takes anything that might be interpreted as a threat to the President very seriously indeed, and it might have someone on staff who studied Latin!

If I were referring to the President, I would have used Praesidens Americae, the Presiding Officer...

No harm to the little idiot called Dubya!

Salvete

I wouldn't know about Secret Service, but for US Intel, someone who studied Latin... :? Nope can't think of anyone. The president? I thought by imperator they were talking 'bout Tommy Franks. If that's what they're fixin' to do. Ya'll com on over, y'hear, ah'll pitch yer'uns a goatropa Bar-BQ an' have us a spit. Hoorah!

Last night I was watching this televangelist quoting Revelations and using the emblems on the back of the US dollar to pose the EU as a satanic cult bent on attacking the president as part of a plot to establish the Novus Ordo Saeclorum. Hey, it's all there on the back of the $$$ US Dollar $$$, anyone can read the signs. And Revelations lays out the whole plot to expand the EU into world domination. And further, according to this idiot, there is supposedly some pagans already here working as coconspirators of the EU-satan-worshipping-pagan coalition. Tergeste, have you seen any of those pagans over here? Plotting to subvert the true American way of life. Maybe he's been reading SVR's lists?

Piscine,

I haven't seen any pagans that I thought could ever be dangerous to the Republic. I agree that evangelical christians constitute a greater threat to my idea of what America stands for than pagans, or most other groups (excepting activist Supreme Court justices) for that matter. Of course, the christians probably would say that secularists like myself pose the greatest threat to an America founded on christian ideals...

It is hard for me to square your televangelist's argument that the symbols on the dollar are satanic with their plain meaning: "In God we trust", for example, or the all-seeing eye of Providence on top of the pyramid.

Salve Tergeste

See! You've been taken in by their subtle demonic symbolism. Everyone knows the pyramid is an Egyptian symbol, thus pagan. And it is Old World, thus a plot of the EU to subvert America's God given right to rule the world, our "manifest destiny." Besides, they splattered our currency with Latin, the language of those demonic papists, the Vatican being the force behind the EU's expansion, or so I have been told. Nevermind the Great Crusade against Islam when the real battle to come is between the televangelicals and the Opus Dei.

Activist Supreme Court Justices. Hm, you and I may soon be on the same side of that issue.

I never thought that televangelist would figure us out, but he did. And SVR is one of the tools the Satanic EU uses to annex hapless people from all across the globe.

I wonder how the televangelist would respond to the argument that the EU doesn't even have an army.

Sorry, but I don't have time to write more, about creaverunt though, creare can be used to mean "to elect", of course, at the time I also thought you were talking about the president with that imperator.

Anyway, back to the books...(hooray  )

Salvete omnes,

So this is what the tyrannic Dionysian Empire has been planning all this time! An alliance with the evil Satanic EU and their plans to take over the world!

Speaking of such highly serious and not in the slightest bit ridiculous conspiracy theories, I was recently walking down the high street and came across a similarly entirely sane person, trying to convince me that the NWO (New world order) collective were slowly depopulating the world by stealing people and killing them, in preparation for the time (Within the next few years, apparently) when the oil would run out and all civilisation would collapse... Interestingly enough, the Pope leads not only the Satanic EU but also the NWO Collective... Busy guy, obviously.

As for the off-topic nature of this thread... Meh, allow us some compelete off-topicness, mi Mari. :)

IIRC, that the new "imperator" of the US should be eliminated and that now is the time to fight.
