I did a little bit of searching through the phpBB on my server, and found something interesting. If you wish to make [quote="person"][/quote] blocks say "person dixit:" or "person scripsit:" instead of "person wrote:", you can do it pretty easily. Just go to phpBB2/language/lang_english/lang_main.php. Replace "$lang['wrote'] = 'wrote';" with "$lang['wrote'] = 'scripsit';" or "$lang['wrote'] = 'dixit';".
Not terribly important, but cool nonetheless.
