What time zone is this board set to? I just posted to the Religio board at 09:20 Pacific Time, 18:20 Rome Time Feb. 5, and the Religio board timed it as 01:20 Feb. 6. I've noticed this for a while and thought I'd ask the question this time.

well, the Forum's timezone is set to GMT+1. But I thought you could change it for yourself, although you have to take in account summertime and wintertime. The forum doesn't change these automatically, you have to do it manually.
